Pool + Spa
Everyday luxury, on tap
A pool and spa combination gives you the best of both worlds: an energising place to swim and play, and a warm, calming space to unwind in any season. The spa is often the part of the backyard that gets used the most, especially through the cooler months.
The pool and spa combination epitomises home luxury and ads a lot of value to your home. When designed together as one the levels, materials and finishes can work together to ad to this sense of luxury.
Why homeowners choose a pools + spa
Year-round use. A heated spa extends the value of your outdoor space well beyond summer.
A reason to gather. Pool and spa combinations turn a backyard into a destination for family and friends.
Integrated design. A raised spa can spill into the pool as a water feature, or the two can be designed as a seamless, connected space in matching finishes.
What to know: Spas can be built attached to the pool or as a standalone feature, and can be heated separately, so you can enjoy a hot spa without heating the entire pool. Planning equipment, jets and sanitation at the design stage keeps the system efficient and easy to run.
Best suited to: homes designed for entertaining, households who want to use the pool through winter, and anyone who values relaxation as much as recreation.

Size and depth
Water volume drives excavation, concrete and equipment needed.
Site access
Tight or sloping access can change the machinery and method.
Finish and coping
Tile, render and stone can sit at very different price points.
