What are the steps in building a pool?

PHASE 1:
Design Development
Your pool is designed and drafted to meet all legislative requirements. Once approved by you, engineering plans are prepared for certification and construction approval.

PHASE 2:
Plan Approval
Once plans are finalised, they are lodged with the relevant authority along with supporting documents to obtain approval for construction.

PHASE 3:
Excavation
The pool is set out on site and excavation begins. Once complete, the pool shape is formed and ready for construction.

PHASE 4:
Formwork
Steel reinforcement, plumbing and electrical conduits are installed. Any above-ground structures are formed and prepared for concreting.

PHASE 5:
Concrete
The pool shell is sprayed with concrete and left to cure. Regular watering helps minimise shrinkage and maximise strength.

PHASE 6:
Coping & Filtration
Coping tiles, plumbing and filtration equipment are installed. Pool fencing is completed and certified before interior finishes begin.

PHASE 7:
Finishes & Fill
The interior finish is applied, including tiles, pebble or glass bead surfaces. Once complete, the pool is filled.

PHASE 8:
Handover
Equipment is commissioned and our team provides a maintenance overview. Your pool is now ready to enjoy.
