I would like to express my satisfaction at the way the construction and hand over of our new pool was handled by your company and team.

From the very beginning of negotiations with Greg Elton, everything was straight forward and clear, especially when I made it known that we had a tight budget and no unexpected variations would fit into our plans. Greg worked with us to ensure that everything was included so there were no hidden suprises.

Throughout the construction program, Justin was in regular contact with us, sometimes daily dropping in and calling us, to ensure the job was on track and we were kept informed. With the tight schedule, and our expectations that the pool would be ready prior to Christmas, everything was done to acheive this date.

Our family and friends were happily swimming 2 weeks prior to Christmas and it certainly made our holiday break special.

After researching and hearing so many horror stories of pool projects gone badly, over time and over budget, we have nothing but praise on how this project was conducted, communicated and handed over.

I am writing to say a very sincere thank you for building our pool. You may remember that I was a very nervous customer prior to signing a contract and did a lot of shopping around to ensure we were getting the best deal. Right from the estimate, you guys were the stand-outs. There were no hidden costs or tricky exclusions, the estimate was honest and transparent (as were you) and so we chose Premier for the project.

From that day until now, a year after our pool was completed, we are delighted with the decision. Under you and the Project Manager, Steve, you brought the project in on time (at your busiest time of year too) and on budget. Now we have a quality, beautiful looking pool that has added an enormous amount of value to our house and pleasure to our summers.

If there were ever any minor issues following the completion of the build, you or Steve were on site within days of me calling and the issue was rectified (even though it was usually related to us just getting used to balancing the chemicals!). I have regularly recommended you our family, friends and colleagues since working with you and would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone looking to have a pool built.

We recently had a pool completed by Premier & I wanted to provide you with some feedback.

Adam Christo was our construction supervisor. We found him to be extremely professional, with excellent communications skills, he kept us informed at every stage, responded to all queries & requests promptly & provided us with some very helpful advice & guidance.
When we had problems contacting our original landscaper Adam was able to assist us by providing us with another contact who we also thoroughly recommend, we can't thank him enough for this assistance.    
Additionally Adam went out of his way to get the pool filled in time for family arriving from UK & even came over in his own time to set everything up for us so that we could enjoy it straight away. 

Claire Norton has also provided advice throughout the process & has been extremely prompt & helpful responding to any query I have asked, even the rather annoying ones (I do keep losing paperwork).
